Onmedia Magazine

Identity/ Editorial design

Onmedia is a bi-annual publication by OMD providing comment and insight for the media industry.

Superfried were delighted when they asked us to completely re-design and re-brand their message to the industry.

Previously the publication was in the form of a newsletter, however with such a significant presence in the industry Superfried suggested that a full magazine format would be more apt. The proposal was well received and the identity and magazine work commenced.

It was important that the publication had a strong brand presence and confident tone. To achieve this all covers would only feature the subject title and no additional copy. To reinforce the brand without the use of a large logo presence, the palette for all covers would be brand-led providing a very consistent look and feel across the editions.

OMD were delighted with the result, but more importantly the feedback from their peers in the industry has been extremely positive. Onmedia has been featured in four design publications including international best seller Los Logos 4.
